Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) is a UK-based program for personal trainers and fitness instructors. It recognizes industry-based qualifications, provides public liability insurance, and requires members to follow a code of conduct for the industry of conduct.

Ireland, Poland, South Africa, and UAE.

It is important to remember however that REPs does not guarantee the employment of fitness professionals or insurance coverage. This is because REPs is not a governing body, but an industry association that is essentially voluntary to join. Top international certification bodies such as ACSM, NSCA, Rep ISSA, NASM, and ACE are not associated with REPs and will therefore never guarantee job or insurance coverage to their fitness professionals.

REPs is committed to keeping its members informed of the ever-changing trends within the fitness industry. REPs employs a REPs point system that requires members to accumulate a certain amount of REPs every year to maintain their REPs status.
